Meet the macadmins
Eight Apple specialists, working together since 2002. We cover the whole device lifecycle, from pre-deployment consultancy to end-of-life buyback and recycling, and we only hire genuine macadmins. When you call, one of these people answers.
Amit P.
Founder & CEO
Founded onemorething.co in 2002 after years of watching good Macs managed badly. Still hands-on every single week: designs estates, reviews every Terraform change, and only hires people who'd rather automate than click.
Stefan N.
Operations Director
Fifteen years inside Apple, so he knows how the platform is meant to work, not just how it behaves. Runs operations and turns client goals into plans that our engineers can deliver.
Lou F.
Client Manager
Ten years in mobile device management, all on the client side of the conversation. Your first call and constant contact, she makes sure what we promise is what you get, on time.
Lukas H.
Delivery Lead
Turns a statement of work into milestones, owners and dates, then keeps every single project honest against them. Sits between client and engineers so nothing ever gets lost, delayed or quietly dropped.
Omar M.
Apple Architect
Designs how devices, identity and apps fit together before anything gets built. Our lead on single sign-on, Okta and Entra, and on making the Mac login window behave like everything else does.
Zane W.
Technical Consultant
Spends his days inside client estates finding what slows people down, then fixing it with the engineers. Equally at home with a CTO's roadmap or a designer's broken printer on a Monday.
Luis A.
Senior MDM Engineer
The core of our engineering team. Builds the policies, scripts and CI pipelines behind every estate we run, and usually knows exactly why something has broken before the support ticket even arrives.
Ravi C.
Senior MDM Engineer
Automation first, always. Many years of government and education work now make public-sector estates, shared iPads and classrooms routine. Writes most of our plain-language tutorials for client help desks and their technicians.
